C. Order Planning

After conducting a site study, damage trend analysis, and data comparison, the next step is to make an Order Planning in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of PT Motor Sights International. In this case, the spare parts that are to be stocked in the MSI warehouse itself are not only seen from one point of view, but all must be seen from a circle of view with the aim that all customer needs are available and maintain customer satisfaction in terms of spare parts service.
