This after-sales service provides convenience and support to every customer who has partnered with Motor Sights. The Motor Sights team provides trained trainers to provide training to the customer's driver right when the new unit arrives at the customer's location. The trainer also periodically reviews to maintain the driver’s skills. The Motor Sights team also provides Technical Support to strengthen unit maintenance services and provide guidance to customer mechanics to improve their skills in handling Motor Sights units.
Another after-sales service that was a smart solution to address issues in the field was the spare parts consignment system. The Motor Sights consignment system stores spare parts at agreed customer locations and are managed by the Motor Sights warehouse team. With this system, customers no longer need to order spare parts from outside the area.
